In our half day workshop we teach you to make pasta from scratch under the watchful eye of our Italian expert chef. They will take you though the following steps: Learn about key ingredients and getting everything in place to make your pasta; learn the variety of flour for pasta making and their suitability and learn Mixing, rolling, cutting and shaping pasta dough. Create an Italian dish with your fresh pasta which you're welcome to take away with you.Keeping things as authentic as possible and without the use of machines, we'll show you how your home made pasta can truly hit the spot at the dinner table with family and friends.
